HP ENVY 6055 All-In-One Printer

I enrolled in instant ink and installed the cartridges. My printer was working fine before but the site says I am not enrolled in instant ink so cannot print. I already tried to reset web services by logging into the IP address of the printer. I cannot get HP on the phone and am quite frustrated. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

There are four main reasons why you might be unable to print with HP Instant Ink cartridges.

-The service was canceled. After your final billing cycle ends, Instant Ink cartridges no longer work and should be mailed back to HP in a recycling envelope (free postage). You can continue printing by using regular HP cartridges from the store, or by re-enrolling your printer in Instant Ink. Keep in mind that HP Instant Ink is an alternative way to print, where you are shipped ink or toner cartridges before you need them as a part of a monthly service, not a method of purchasing and owning cartridges.

-The message There is a problem with your HP+ Print Plans account displayed. This is typically due to a problem with HP billing your account. You must keep your payment method up to date to print with HP Instant Ink cartridges. Your credit card may be expired, or your financial institution may have a hold on the card. To update your payment information:

1.Sign in to your HP Instant Ink account.

2.Open Account or My Account from the left menu.

3.Click Billing or Billing Information, then Change Payment Method. Make sure postal codes are in the correct format.

4.Once you update your payment method, printing should be restored within 30 minutes. If updating your payment method doesn’t resolve the problem, contact your financial institution to ensure there are no issues with your account.

-The printer was disconnected from the internet for a while. Just reconnect your printer to the internet and you should be able to resume printing. An internet connection and a valid payment method are required to use HP Instant Ink.

-The message Cartridge cannot be used until printer is enrolled in HP Instant Ink displayed. Your printer must be enrolled and web services must be enabled to use Instant Ink cartridges.
