Hello,

I can't seem to redeem the 12-month Instant Ink trial that comes with my printer. I tried to type in the P/N code on the Instant Ink flyer into the promo code field in the Instant Ink subscription checkout page, and it says the code is invalid. There does not seem to be any other prepaid card or code coming with the printer aside from the flyer. Would appreciate help on this as soon as possible since I have to redeem this within 6 days. Thanks.

 

To add on, when I try to enroll in Instant Ink, it only indicates that I am eligible for 2 months of free trial, instead of 12. I purchased a HP DeskJet 4175e.
