Why there is not an option to remove credit card  inmy instant ink account, I already cancelled service

Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you. 

 

To remove a credit card from your HP Instant Ink account, please follow these steps.

 

  1. Log in to your HP Instant Ink account on the HP Instant Ink website.
  2. Click on the "Account" tab at the top of the page.
  3. Scroll down to the "Payment Information" section and click on "Edit Payment Information".
  4. Click on the "Remove" button next to the credit card you wish to remove.
  5. Confirm that you want to remove the credit card by clicking on "Yes, Remove".
