Unable to renew credit card details, All is well till I get to the billing details page, card number etc, which goes blank. If I press the space bar, there is a message "paymenthp.com" not responding. I have used Firefox and also Edge.

Are you enrolled in the instant ink program? If yes, I would need to know a few details regarding your Instant ink account to help you get the ink cartridges sorted.

I am still unable to renew my instant ink subscription. Working with your helpline yesterday, after an hour of trying desktop and phones and various platforms, I was told there was something wrong at the HP end and it is still not working!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! This has been going on since the 22nd December. An outrageous waste of my time.
