Hi, 

I recently moved countries (UK to France). I have since had to delete my previous UK account and data to allow me to start over using my personal e-mail address.  

After creating a new account and filling in my details (incl. address and mobile number in France), I have been unable to sign up with HP Instant Ink. I get stuck at the Shipping part as it won't allow me to add any address that is non-US. 

I have tried support many times (they are hopeless and now directed me to a number in France that only works Mon-Fri).

It seems there is no HP Smart website in France as I keep being redirected to hpsmart.com so the issue doesn't seem to be me creating an account with hpsmart.com.

Welcome to HP Support Community.

Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.

 

If you move to a different country we need to perform a regional reset in order to make the printer work in the new region. I will surely help you with the Regional reset.

 

1. The printer should be connected using a printer USB cable to the computer.

2. You need to have the printer full feature software installed on your computer.

3. You need to have all the cartridges either from the region/country from where the printer was purchased originally or the new region/country to which you want to reset it to.

4. Make sure HP Smart App is installed too.
