Can't figure out why in the world I got a $64.36 charge. On my credit card it shows that it is from the service and repair. I called for help and trying to understand why my cartridges wouldn't print? Easy answer is that they are the instant ink which I canceled since I hardly print. I think it's a great service though. So I got my last charge of $5.37 and cancel. I called customer service and was charged three times and they don't know where it's coming from?
