Hi @danni16,

Welcome to HP Support Community.

Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.

If you were informed that your Instant Ink price is rising but your dashboard indicates that you are not enrolled, there may be a misunderstanding or a communication error. Here are a few steps you can take to clarify the situation.

  • Double-Check Enrollment: Log in to your Instant Ink account on the HP website and verify your enrollment status. Make sure that your printer is correctly registered in the Instant Ink program.
  • Check for Notifications: Look for any notifications or messages within your Instant Ink account dashboard that might provide additional information about the price increase. There could be updates or notifications that explain the situation.
  • Review Emails or Communication: Check your email for any recent communications from HP regarding your Instant Ink subscription. There might be notifications or explanations about changes to the pricing structure.
  • Billing Statement: If the information is related to billing, review your billing statement to understand the details of the charges. It may provide insights into the reason for any price adjustments.
  • Update Payment Information: Ensure that your payment information on file is up-to-date. If there are issues with payment processing, it could lead to confusion about your subscription status.
  • Terms and Conditions: Review the terms and conditions of the Instant Ink program. It's possible that there have been updates or changes that you may not be aware of.

I hope this helps.

Take care and have a good day.
