I recently had a faulty instant ink cartridge replaced and my printer is not accepting the new cartridge automatically. I went into HP smart to see what was going on and got a message to confirm if I wanted to use the new cartridge in the printer and it said I should click "OK".
I did that but the software must be buggy as the button is unresponsive when I click it, nothing happens at all, please can you help me, I've been trying to print something important for a week now and it's just issue after issue after issue and it's getting quite infuriating.
