Hi first time posting. I paused my account for 6 months but would like to unpause it before the end date in July. I click change plan, click resume then need to click confirm resume. When I click confirm resume nothing happens. Can anyone assist?

Hi @AndreaL67,
Welcome to HP Support Community.
Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.
It sounds like you're experiencing an issue with the website functionality for your instant ink account. Here are a few steps you can try to resolve the issue:
Refresh and Retry: Sometimes, a simple refresh of your browser page can resolve minor glitches. After refreshing, try the steps to unpause your account again.
Use a Different Browser: Try accessing your account using a different web browser. Sometimes, certain functionalities might not work well with specific browsers.
Clear Browser Cache and Cookies: Clearing your browser's cache and cookies can often solve unexpected behavior on websites. After clearing, log in to your account and try again.
Disable Browser Extensions: Some browser extensions, especially ad blockers or security extensions, can interfere with website scripts. Try disabling these extensions temporarily to see if that resolves the issue.
Use Incognito Mode: Open an incognito or private browsing window in your browser and try to unpause your account. This mode uses a clean slate without any stored cookies or cache that might interfere.
Check for Updates: Ensure your browser is up-to-date, as updates often include fixes for bugs that may affect how web pages load and function.
I hope this helps.
Take care and have a good day.
