Hello! I purchased a new printer with a higher resolution for photos.
I unsubscribed from Instant Ink for my old printer (HP Officejet 3835 all-in-one) in order to give it to my friend. I also removed the printer from my HP Smart account.
I am still getting constant emails from HP stating Action Need: Printer Connection Lost informing it's a requirement of the service. I'm not just getting one email. I'm getting three within one hour, all identical. For example I received one this morning at 10:07, 10:16, 10:52 AND 12:05!!!!!!
It also states that I still need to make a payment for the final month and need to update my payment method. I have updated my payment method and still nothing is fixed!
My friend now cannot enroll with Instant Ink herself because it states that the printer is already enrolled. It is not! I unsubscribed from Instant Ink! Yes, we have reset the print to factory defaults etc. We have tried everything.
