The HP website has been an absolute nightmare to navigate. It constantly changes languages on its own, redirects to the same page over and over or leads to completely dead links. Trying to update something as simple as my address for Instant Ink has been impossible across multiple browsers and devices. Their contact form? Also broken. At this point, I have no choice but to call, because their online system is completely unmanaged and unusable. For a major tech company, this is unacceptable. Fix your website, HP.

 

You are about to lose an HP customer, this has been beyond frustrating and ridiculous.

Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you. 

Please follow these steps, 

1. Sign into your Instant Ink account.

2. Open Account in the left menu, then Shipping or Shipping & Billing, then Manage your shipping address. 

You may refer to this document and navigate to "Change or verify your shipping address".
