I have tried to update my payment information on my laptop going to the HP account and there are no ways to change it on my laptop and chrome browser and whenever I do it on my iPhone all it does is spin there’s a circle and it just keeps spinning so how do I change my payment information my warranty is out so HP won’t let me talk to them which is stupid let me talk to you and change my payment information but I am referred to the board here so I’m hoping that someone has an idea. I have changed my Wi-Fi to my unlimited data on my phone thinking it’s my Wi-Fi that’s keeping me from changing it maybe it’s not secure that didn’t help so I’m at a loss what to do I need to change my payment method because I’m canceling that credit card that charges me $149 annual fee that’s on the account
