I have been trying for two days to figure out how to update my payment method. I have read all of the posts on this issue and people are experiencing the same issue. Your instructions do not lead you to a page where you can view and update your information. I see my account but there is no place just to change the cc info. I called support and he kept instructing me to do what I was already doing. Eventually he either hung up or we were disconnected. Meanwhile my printer keeps giving me the message to update and a warning that I will soon not be able to print. If I hit OK, the message remains and won't allow me to print. I have to actually shut the printer off to make the message go away to print one document, then do this again. I have read  a lot of posts that are older posts with people experiencing the same frustration. The bot response is unexceptable because she continues to give the same instructions and even displays the page we should be seeing but that we are not seeing or finding.

I am fed up! This has taken up so much time. My next printer may be another brand. I definitely won't purchase instaink -- not for this frustration. A real person needs to fix this issue and speak to customers.
