My credit card registered with Instant Ink is about to expire and I have tried many times to update the details with my new card. I follow all the prompts but end up with a page that has two options in circles - one is with the last digits of my expiring credit card number and the other is an option to pay by PayPal which I do not want to do. There is nowhere on that page where I can update my credit card details with my new number. I have tried using the Virtual Agent which just sends me on a constant circular route back to the beginning. Is this a problem with the web page or a problem with Windows 10 or a problem with my browser (Firefox)? I have reached the point where I am about to leave Instant Ink altogether. It would help if I could talk to a real human who could enlighten me on this issue. It is like HP is turning away my custom.
