My problem is that my account seems to have 'disappeared' from the instant ink set up. I received a notice saying that my normal method of card payment had failed (not surprising since I had to get a new card when the original was stolen). When I tried to update my card payment, I was unable to do so, without setting up a whole new account. I really cannot be bothered with having to search for product serial numbers etc all over again. Why do they make it so difficult? It's ridiculous!

I cannot speak to if / how / to the extent that the methods to get help are difficult.
It is true that if the situation is not sorted that the subscription will eventually be terminated for lack of payment.
The contact number is included in your Terms of Service Contract.
