I updated my payment after I received a suspension alert because i wasnt getting my notifications about my card being expired. After I updated my payment information my printer screen keeps saying " A problem has occurred with your HP account, and you will be unable to print until the issue is resolved". It's been 4 hours and I still can't print. I need help ASAP, I work from home and it's important to print on a daily basis. Thank you.
