Product: HP ENVY Pro 6432 All-in-One Printer

Hello Everyone,

Happy New Year. just a quick question, I wonder if I'd like to upgrade to a better plan(currently on 15 page with 1.99GBP a month), am I able to do it for 2 months and then downgrade back to 15 pages plan? trying to get in touch with the customer services but the number saying the service no longer available, and there is a technical issue for online agent to be connected. would be highly appreciated for an answer.
