Upgrade or cancel

Hi- 

 

ive been trying to upgrade my account by there’s no option to do so on my account. 
because of homeschool my printing has obviously increased and now my bill has skyrocketed as I’m unable to upgrade. 

can someone help- or can done one tell me how to cancel my account altogether as I’ve not got that option either.
