Product: HP officejet 5252
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 in S Mode

I bought a used HP Officejet 5252. I want to set up insta ink and printing from anywhere, but I don't have access to the email that it was previously set up on. 

Also I can't get the black ink to print and it states the cartridges are at least half full.
