I just received a used instant ink printer and I’m trying to set it up, I get to the point of printing the printer code and it says that it cannot print to contact hp.com and I did but did not get any answers. Why is it saying this and how can i move forward?
1) Has the Instant Ink program been cancelled by the previous user?
2) Are you using regular inks or the Instant Ink cartridges?
