We have had an issue where our ink was delivered to another address so we couldnt access it. We have had to use another cartridge that we found in the cupboard. What is the process , do we just leave it in until it runs out then replace with the HP instant ink?Ive seen another chat where someone said that another cartridge means HP cant track ink usage.
I also want to confirm the delivery address has now been changed with HP.
