Very disappointed in HP. I have taught for 25 year - I have an Instant Ink printer at home and love it and converted one of my school labs to Instant Ink also. We were in the middle of printing out my students very first desktop publishing assignments and the ink went crazy - I tried everything - nothing would work so I replaced 2 of the ink cartridges even though they were not empty yet.  Guess What - they printed PERFECTLY once I replaced the ink.

Now I have received an email telling me I have to wait to replace the ink cartridges next time.  I am a human and I have common sense, I have been in the technology field for 30+ years - I have 2 printers enrolled in Instant Ink  - I have NEVER switched out ink early beforehand -(actually I am usually the exact opposite and try to push it to the limits)

I am insulted and disappointed that HP would send such an email.  I am NOT stupid!  Maybe they should come visit and see for themselves or send an email asking WHY I replaced the cartridges early instead of automatically assuming that I just chose to replace them for no apparent reason!

Then - I tried to contact HP Support personally to let them know what was going on and you can not get anyone on the phone or even an email address to sent them a message.  Proof that they do not want to listen or care about their customers!

Very disappointed - need to work on customer service

Amy H - LONG time printer!!!!

@ahendersonta, Welcome to HP Support Community!

I have brought your issue to the attention of an appropriate team within HP. They will likely request information from you in order to look up your case details or product serial number. Please look for a private message from an identified HP contact. Additionally, keep in mind not to publicly post personal information (serial numbers and case details).

If you are unfamiliar with how the Forum's private message capability works, you can learn about that here.

Thank you for visiting the HP Support Community.
