Does the cartridge shipped as Instant Ink contain the same amount of ink as the same HP cartridge purchased over the counter retail?

The Instant Ink cartridges have more ink than standard cartridges, they are typically equal or more ink than the XL version of the cartridges, depending on your printer model.
