HI COMMUNITY, I along with a large group of people have the same question, WHY after re-signing up for up instant ink and getting NEW cartridges (4) of them, my printer does NOT print anything blue or combination ies. green. I’ve done all maintenance and cleaning and tests, yet nothing. I am beginning to think this is a HP gimmick, they control your printer and have NO answers. So many people hav asked this same question. HELP. , what next
