WRONGFULLY CHARGING MY CREDIT CARD

I can't get ahold of a human because I don't have the printer anymore and am unable to obtain a ticket number that is required to talk to a human. I WILL BE REPORTING YOUR FRAUDULENT CHARGES TO MY CREDIT CARD! - IF ANYONE HAS ANY ADVICE ON HOW TO REACH A HUMAN, I WOULD GREATLY APPRECIATE IT.  IN THE MEANTIME, I GUESS I'LL JUST REPORT THE FRAUDULENT CHARGES

It sounds like the Instant Ink subscription contract was not completely cancelled.
