Hi There,
I bought an HP Envy Pro 6432 yesterday(19 Dec 2020) and I have enrolled on instant ink plan. I was told that I will get 6 months
of trial instant ink, which is on written on the box as well(see pic below).
Please help me to redeem this offer before it expires in 7 days.

As 1 month was already added, I have credited 5 free months to your account, please log in and check if 6 free trial months shows up.

Hi I have the same issue I bought a HP 6434 (6400 series) on Wednesday 24 February. I can find no way of redeeming the six month trial. I have signed up for Instant Ink. Please can I have my six month trial credited.

Hello, I purchased a HP Envy 6020 today with a 3 month trial of instant ink, however this is not displaying on my plan. I am happy to provide a purchase invoice and a photo of the box if necessary. Is there a way that this can be credited to my account?
