Was forced to enroll printer

Hp envy

My printer stopped work suddenly showing a massage ,cartridge cannot be used until printer is enrolled in hp instant ink,.

I needed the printer urgently so I had to enroll even if I didn't want it. Printer started working immediately.

This is unacceptable! This is against the law. Hp forced to buy the product while I had no choice!

Spent 1 hour to find how to complain and didn't find any info except completely unhelpful and silly robot agent which gives ridiculous answers.

Please submit the contacts for customers complaints.

I absolutely regret I bought this printer.

Dear Hp

I have no time to reply on messages plus you requested a lot of privet info in the message which I cannot provide as I don't believe there's no scam after this kind of service. Still no number where to call to complain

 

When enroll it says I do not need to pay until my old cartridge finishes. Here we are. £20 cartridge plus 10 just to HP per months. 

 

Please provide a telephone number for complaints.
