Not sure this will resolve my problem but I received the wrong size cartridge for my HP printer from instant ink and I’m not sure how to get the correct one.

To get replacement Instant Ink cartridges go to the HP Instant Ink site, the phone number (or chat option for some countries) will be listed in the lower center of the opening screen. I would suggest talking to a live agent rather than using the virtual assistant for your case.
