Most likely it is due to you using the ink cartridges that has instant ink on the label that shows you the color the cartridge is, and unfortunately you will need to buy more ink cartridges from a store because the instant ink cartridges have a sensor on it that communicates with instant ink about the usage of you printer's ink cartridges, and if they are not hp instant ink cartridges then your printer will not print anymore until you put regular hp ink cartridges into your printer.
