Hi, I'm here because I accidentally erased the web services I had and now I'm back at the set up process but it keeps saying "Setup Unsuccessful".What do I do? I just wanted to sign up for the Instant Ink program and I got into this mess.

Hi @Vasilis5

Welcome to the HP Support Community. I'd be happy to assist you with the Web-Services setup.

Please try these steps to reboot the devices -

1) Turn off the Router, Printer, and the computer/ mobile devices.
2) Wait for 60 seconds.
3) Turn on the Router first and wait for all the lights to stabilize.
4) Turn on the printer and allow it to configure itself.
5) Turn on the computer/ mobile devices.

To connect the printer to Web-Services from the printer's control panel, try these steps -

1. From the Home screen, touch (HP ePrint)

2. Touch Set Up.

3. Touch Accept to accept the HP Connected terms of use and enable Web Services.

4. In the Printer Update Options screen, choose the option which allows the printer to automatically install updates.

5. When the printer is connected to the server, the printer prints an information page. Follow the instructions on the information page to finish the setup.

If the issue still persists, try the EWS setup -

1. From the Home screen, touch Wireless to display the IP address of the printer.

2. In a supported web browser on your computer, type the IP address or hostname assigned to the printer. For example, if the IP address is 192.168.0.12, type the following address into a Web browser: http:// 192.168.0.12.

3. Click the Web Services tab.

4. In the Web Services Settings section, click Setup , click Continue, and follow the on-screen instructions to accept the terms of use.

5. If prompted, choose to allow the printer to check for and install printer updates.

6. When the printer is connected to the server, the printer prints an information page. Follow the instructions on the information page to finish the setup.
