Hello,

I’ve  enrolled in the instant ink program. It’s been 10 days and I’ve not received my welcome kit. It says it shipped but there’s no tracking information. I am now very low on ink and need to use my printer regularly. Please help!

Hello,

I replied to your DM 3 days ago and have yet to hear back. My welcome kit apparently shipped 13 days ago and still there’s no tracking number. My printer is now out of ink so I will have to go out and buy an ink cartridge (we bought the printer because we are having to homeschool during the pandemic) Will be we reimbursed for this cartridge?
