Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I asked this questions a while back

If I downgrade from 100 to 50 pages per month and have 300 rollover pages in my account, do I keep 150 of the available 300 rollover pages or do I lose them all?

Nobody replied. Anyway I downgraded and found out the answer... you lose all of your roll over pages and start again on 0

That's not great. All those pages paid for and not used and I am trying to save a little bit of money by downgrading my subscription because money is tight due to energy, food price increases. HP a big corporate who made $13bn profit last year instead of doing the honourable thing and giving you 150 pages (and let's face it you've lost 150 pages and HP are winning on the deal already) instead they greedily take the lot and give you zero. Thanks HP. Great business model for HP. Not so good for your cash strapped customers.
