When I attempt to print, the screen prompt says “cannot print”, to visit your website.

Whenever I attempt to print the dashboard says “Cannot Print” Visit your website. I don’t print that much so I am sure I still have ink. I am enrolled in your instant ink program and haven’t received ink in a long time.

@phyrball, Welcome to the HP Support Community!

 

HP Instant Ink is a subscription service that sends ink before you need it based on your printing volume and ink levels. You might not receive ink cartridges every month. If you print many pages, you might receive multiple ink cartridges in a month.

 

Make sure the printer is connected to the Internet.

 

Have you checked your HP Instant Ink account page? Your Instant Ink account page will have notifications if there are any issues with the account or recent cartridge shipment, it will even provide solutions on how to fix the issue. You may log in to your HP Instant Ink account page from here.

 

If the suggested information can't be found, please send us a private message with your Instant Ink account details or you may also respond to the private message I've sent out and I'll help you out, accordingly.
