I got an email this morning from HP saying my printer hadn't connected with HP for some time (which is ridiculous. I printed pages on November 4 and it's just now the 10th.) So I log in to check and all my rollover pages are gone. I should have at least 40, since I've not used rollover pages for at least a month and there were close to 300 the last time I checked a month ago.
Did you -- without telling us -- decide to somehow limit the time frame in which those pages can be used??? That is NOT part of the agreement I signed when I enrolled in this program. Please explain where the rollover pages are. And don't tell me "they stay in my account." They are clearly NOT there.
