I need to find a local service company to service my printer. I need help. So far I can't find anyone.

I CLEANED THE PRINT HEADS OVER AN OVER AND ONLY THE BLUE INK IS CLEANED. HOW CAN I GET THE OTHER COLORS CLEAN SO I CAN PRINT?

Are you experiencing print quality issues on the printer?

Are you using HP ink cartridges?

Check the ink levels and replace any low/empty ink cartridges.

Perform the steps mentioned in - No black ink, wrong colors, other print quality issues

 

If you have already tried these steps and the issue persists, please reach out to the HP Technical Support team in your region regarding the service/replacement options for your printer. 

You may create a case on the website to obtain a case number if required. Kindly watch this video to know how.
