Where is my subscription?

HP Recommended
HP DeskJet 3720 All-in-One Printer
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I am subscribed and have been paying for moderate printing plan but can't find the subscription on my account? 

 

I subscribed for a plan but used my separate PayPal email to make the payment. It's been charging me monthly and I have not had the chance to use the printer for months but my account is not showing the subscription. Instead it gives me option to subscribe. But my PayPal is showing that it's been charged every month. 

 

I wanted change my address and maybe upgrade or downgrade depending on what I need. 

 

Please help. Thank you.
