I have used HP printers for some time, and in April 2020, I had to buy a new one. I already had an HP instant ink account, and according to my account, they sent me my "welcome package" of ink on April 15th, but it's never arrived. I've been out of ink for 3 weeks! The account website gives me a link to use if I cannot locate the ink, supposedly to a live agent, but when I click on it, I get the virtual assistant. When I tried to use it, I get a message saying that I have to speak to a live agent... I'm getting no where and can't even find a phone number to call.

If you are in Canada please go to https://instantink.hpconnected.com/ca/en/ . The phone number for Instant Ink Support is in the lower right of the opening screen, just to the right of the Virtual Agent link.
