I asked the virtual agent about my ink order on the 2nd May this year and was told it should arrive in 2 days. Still waiting. Checked again today 15th May and was given the same answer. Tried to find customer service email address or phone number to speak to a human rather than a bot and cannot find it anywhere. any help would be appreciated

The document here has information on contacting HP to get replacement Instant Ink cartridges. Go to the HP Instant Ink site, the phone number (or chat option for some countries) will be listed in the lower center of the opening screen.
