Which printers can't use the free plan?

HP has thousands of different printer models/products therefore very hard to list all NOT eligible ones but you can find the eligible ones on the following lists

I didn't ask for instant ink eligible printer. Please worry less about all those things under your name and more about not answering questions you do not know the answer too.
