Product: HP Envy 5530 series
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

It's not bad enough that critical times have been taken away from my work days but when I tried to get help by clicking on the links provided by HP,  but I kept getting ERROR, or  400 BAD REQUEST on the HP pages!!!  Is HP a reputable company or some incompetent, inefficient company with no business acumen? Startups are working more proficiently than HP at this point.

Are you using the HP Instant Ink cartridges or the refilled ones?

 

we are aware of the documents not opening in some browsers. I'd suggest you try a different browser.

Our team is working to resolve the issue.
