I canceled my subscription awhile ago because after only a few months the printer stopped working and you didn’t help me fix it. Yet I am still getting charged for ink. Why??  It clearly shows in my account “not enrolled”.  Then when I try to chat with an agent it says error and doesn’t let me.

When did you cancel your account?

I would need to know a few details regarding your Instant ink account to help you get the ink cartridges sorted.

 

Since the instant ink account details are confidential, please send me the required information via private message.

Please check your Private message icon on the upper right corner of your HP Forums profile,

Next, to your profile Name, you should see a little blue envelope, please click on it.
