Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

Since buying my printer in 2018 (HP Officejet Pro 8210) none of my unused pages have rolled over to the next month. I have been paying for a subscription since purchasing my printer back in 2018 and barely print anything so the rollover pages should be in the hundreds by now...

Instant Ink Print-by-Page subscription service, where allowed and provided by the Terms of Service, includes certain "rollover" page benefits.

For example

Instant Ink - Terms of Service - USA

Instant Ink – Terms of Service - UK

Item 6d explains Rollover Pages

The number of rollover pages can not eventually "roll" into hundreds over time.

Although meant to be clear in context, the document is written in legal terms that protect both the provider and the customer.

What does that mean?

Clearly explained or not, the subject might be better understood with the help of an agent.

What else?

There might actually be "something" going on in your Instant Ink account that requires attention.

What to do?

  • Read your Terms of Service contract, at least the section that explains your subject.
  • Wait for a Community agent to find your question and possibly reach out to you.
