I am on the monthly plan where I am billed and sent ink cartridges according to my limited usage. However, I went over my allotted pages and my bill literally tripled! I cannot find ANY details as to how many pages I went over and if that was the only reason for the huge increase in my bill. Worse, I cannot get a person and the virtual assistant was useless! It said there was supposed to be an option to view my statements under the Accounts tab, but that was a lie. Does anyone know how I can view a detailed invoice/bill/statement??
