- Why did HP charge me 23.99 pounds for my subscription whilst I have chosen the 3.99 per 50 pages subscription. This is so annoying if I knew that this is how it works with hp I would have gone for another printer and I have started thinking about it. I also gave issues with the ink. I have being trying to contact customer support to speak to an agent but with no success. That virtual assistant was supposed to connect Mr with an agent but was unable to. I want someone to contact me ASAP. I want my money back or I will cancel any subscription and change printers.
