Why does my HP Instant Ink bleed all the time? The black ink never dries. I use Professional Paper?

Hi, I have an HP Envy 4527 which I use for graphics printing and the ink bleeds, especially the Black. It never dries at all.  I have always used HP for my printers, but this is getting to be a real problem.  Is this because I am using the Instant ink?  If I go out and buy ink off the shelf will it stop all these problems?  Any help would be gratefully received.

To better assist-

• Does the copy print out the same way? 
• Are the cartridges leaking?
• What's the application you are trying to print from? Have you tried printing from a different application or device?
