Microsoft Windows 7 (64-bit)

I was enrolled in the hp instant ink program. My credit card was charged $19.75 this month although I have not received instant ink for over a year. I called to have the instant ink program cancelled. It was cancelled yesterday.

Now I cannot print even one page.

Then I enroll in the program again. I selected the 15 page/month free and $1 for the next 10 pages program.

I re-started the computer and the printer.

Still the printer does not print.

There is an error message: user intervention 3 pages waiting

I want to call, but I can't find the phone number.

Please help me.

God bless you all.
