I closed my insta ink account on April 15th - Instal ink is still billing me, and the account shows it is still open.  To add further irritation, I have not gotten any ink in almost 7 months, and had to buy my own ink... Can someone offer guidance on how to reach a US representative?

Since you are in the US, go to the HP Instant Ink page here.  Scroll down to the FAQs section and click on the last item, "How do I cancel Instant Ink".  This will provide a link for cancelling online, or alternatively a phone number to call in and speak with an agent.

thanks - and I had already cancelled and called.  They continue to charge me - and I cannot get into my "account now". Not able to remove CC info.  They have told me for two months I would not be billed but have continued.  I guess I will see if they do this again on June 14th too. I have not even gotten ink for some time - it was early last fall - and I had to buy my own ink....

seems scammy.

The cancellation happens at the end of the current cycle, so it will depend on when your cycle ended.  After the end of the cycle and cancellation you should receive one bill based on your final month's usage, as the billing is done in arrears.

You mentioned you purchased ink last fall.  Were all the ink cartridges in the printer replaced or was there still at least one HP Instant Ink cartridge installed? If all the ink was replaced with retail cartridges (no HP Instant Ink cartridges installed) then there would not be further charges for excess page usage, although the monthly charges would still continue until the month following cancellation.

You mention you can no longer log in.  I would suggest calling HP Instant Ink Support to determine if the account has been finally closed.
