Hi I am needing black ink and online I went to check if it has been sent yet but it’s showing my printer is offline and it is not. I did have it unplugged for awhile but it’s been on for a day or so and it still is showing offline. I checked the network connections all shows excellent. Also prints whatever I’m sentient just out of black ink.

Are you enrolled in the instant ink program?
Since you mentioned that, the printer is connected, are you able to print?
I would need a few details,
