Wireless internet

My mum has a old desktop ,I h@ve connected a  new Pinter but I have had to do it with a cable ra6her than wireless as the tower is not Bluetooth,all is well with printing but I can not now connect wireless to the modem so it can be part of the instant ink scheme I am not very up there with tech I just know the basics , I am thinking that this is not possible to have the printer wireless  and cable installed at same time is this correct I have spent hours trying to figure it out and losing the will to live thanks

That said, I'm afraid you are right, there's no way of connecting the printer to both wired and wireless at the same time.

Although, reply with the below information and I can be more precise, depending on which device you've got, just to be sure.
