Won’t accept new payment details and can’t login to account

I had to change my payment details for instant ink subscription as my card had changed but it wasn’t recognised, nor a different card. Now I can’t get into my account even and keep getting error message and says to try again later, been trying on and off for 24hrs no success. Can’t find any way to speak/chat to anyone to sort it, any ideas?

Normally I'd suggest you contact Instant Ink Support without further delay.

That said, I believe the support group likely keeps regular business hours and might closed (in your region) by now.

If there is no answer, try again in the morning...
